Q: How much is the membership subscription fee?
A: Membership subscription fee is free.

Q: How long will it take to process my application?
A: Application processing will normally be completed around two to four weeks.

Q: What kind of privileges exclusive for a member?
A: 1) New member will be entitled to receive two $50 Long Far’s cash coupons. 2) Member who purchases Long Far’s products on original price at “International Health Association” can get a 20% discount. 3) Member who purchases Long Far’s products at “International Health Association”  for every $2 can be accumulated for 1 Bonus Point. Bonus Point accumulation will be started at the first purchase with the membership card. 1,500 Bonus Points can be enjoying $300 of purchase free; 2,500 Bonus Points can be enjoying $600 of purchase free; 5,000 Bonus Points can be enjoying $1,500 of purchase free. All accumulated Bonus Points will be cleared and recounted at every 92days. Q: Do the membership card entitles discounts for Long Far products in Watsons'' the Chemists and Mannings or consignment Long Far products in any chain stores?
A: Unless otherwise stated, membership card does not entitle discounts in any chain stores. For using cash coupons entitled for members, present your membership card before purchasing.

Q: If I lost my membership card, can I get re-issue of it?
A: Yes, you can get a free re-issue membership card within a month.

Q: How can I change my personal information?
A: You can send us your updated personal information by mail, fax, or call our enquiries hotline. Please provide us membership card number for verification.
