1. Main Delivery Method: SF Express

This is our standard delivery method for most orders, efficient and reliable.

Service Coverage: All districts in Hong Kong (including Outlying Islands).

Delivery Procedure:

· After order confirmation, we will arrange shipment within 1–5working days.

· SF Express courier will deliver to the address provided and contact you by phone before delivery.

2. Special Arrangement: In‑house Personal Delivery

Under the following specific conditions, we may proactively arrange personal delivery for a more tailored service:

Applicable Situations:

Large orders, corporate wholesale orders, or special event deliveries in certain areas.

Delivery will be made directly by our dedicated staff, who will contact you in advance to confirm the exact timeslot.

Note:

The final delivery method will be determined by our company based on your order details to ensure optimal service efficiency. You will be informed of the delivery arrangement in the shipping notice.

3. Shipping Fee

· Free delivery for orders over HKD$299.

· A flat shipping rate of **HKD $45** applies to orders below HKD$299 (Hong Kong only; other regions excluded).

This shipping policy applies uniformly to any delivery method arranged by us.
