No return or exchange will be accepted if there are no quality issues.
If the product you receive is in intact packaging, with no abnormalities in the contents, and matches your order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
II. Acceptable Return & Exchange Conditions
If the product you receive has the following quality issues, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. We will take full responsibility:
· The unopened original packaging is damaged,leaking, or spoiled.
· The product contents do not match the label(e.g. serious discrepancies in quantity or specifications).
· The product shows obvious deterioration within the expiry date (clear evidence required).
Procedure:
1. Stop using the product immediately.

3. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the problematic product (including batch number and expiry date).
Once confirmed by our Customer Service as a valid quality issue, we will arrange free replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
Please do not return the product directly. Wait for further instructions from our Customer Service.
